Thousands and thousands of wildebeest (gnus), as well as many zebra and gazelle migrate between the Serengeti (Tanzania) and the Maasai Mara (Kenya) in a yearly cycle. This multitude of animals also attracts a lot of predators. Seeing animals from horizon to horizon is one thing, but watching them cross a river is unbelievable! With a little patience, you have the best chance of witnessing such a spectacular river crossing between August and October in the Western part of the Masai Mara.
