People are so silly by not having properly drafted employment contracts. If your employee makes something, you want to make sure it is yours. You get that protection if you build one of our Employment Contracts. Sadly, a local university didn't use our Employment Contract. Their employee (Bruce Gray) walked away with an invention that he listed on the stock exchange. Last time I looked, Sirtex was a $200m market cap company.
